The Art of Enjoyment

Try seasonal ingredients from Skara

Please join us for dinner!

At our restaurant, we focus on delicious, well-prepared food made with Swedish ingredients—food cooked with love.

We want to create dishes that feel authentic, thoughtfully prepared, and full of flavor. Our guiding principle is sharing—sharing the food and the experience with one another.

Here, food and culture come together in a setting that pays tribute to some of Sweden’s most famous artists, such as Carl Larsson and Anders Zorn.

Here you can enjoy a delicious meal while admiring the paintings that adorn the dining room, and let both the flavors and the art inspire your senses.

Skara Konsthotell's Beer Bar – Art you can taste!

Where beer meets art, and every gathering is an opening reception.

Welcome to Skara Konsthotell’s Beer Bar—where every keg, bottle, and brew is a carefully selected work of art from breweries large and small, both local and global. The art? It’s not just on the walls—it’s in the glass you’re holding, in the conversations at the tables, and in the works of art that surround you.

At our place:

• Do you try beer out of curiosity, not for the sake of prestige?

• Do you drink in the company of thoughts, laughter, and vivid impressions?

• Artists and beer lovers are both welcome—and we’d love to see you both there.

Make yourself comfortable. Order something special.
Cheers to creativity.
