Christmas at Skara Konsthotell

We invite you to experience the flavors and spirit of Christmas with us at Konst this winter. This year, we’re keeping our popular sharing-style concept but with a new twist, blending classic dishes with fresh influences. The focus is on the food, the ingredients, and personalized service to create a warm and memorable evening together.

The evening begins with a generous cold appetizer buffet, followed by our hot sharing platters served directly to your table, where the dishes are meant to be shared and enjoyed together. To finish, a delightful dessert buffet awaits, filled with sweet Christmas favorites.

This year’s menu captures the classic Christmas spirit with a few exciting touches here and there, putting the ingredients front and center. We’re also placing extra emphasis on the drinking experience and offering carefully selected beers that complement the flavors of Christmas, preferably from local brewers such as Bustad Brewing and Qvänum Mat & Malt.
