Restaurant Week is finally about to kick off in Skara. The theme for the week will be “local” and “sustainable.” As a guest, you’ll be served a two-course menu featuring Swedish and locally sourced ingredients. There will also be recommended beverages from our local breweries (and of course, non-alcoholic options are available). The menu will be served from March 27 to April 1 and costs 250 kronor per person.

Roast turkey breast with apple cider sauce and honey-thyme-roasted beets, served with mashed potatoes flavored with Sivan’s cheeses

(Cheeses from Sivans Ost in Vara,chicken breasts from Adelsåsen,apple cider from Bramleys in Lidköping, hmilk from Varola and ppotatoes from Viglunda)
