Spring is here, and we’re celebrating with a series of flavorful spring days at Konsthotellet!
At the start of the week, we invite you to enjoy a menu inspired by the season’s finest ingredients, where fresh flavors, soft green hues, and classic favorites come together in perfect harmony.
A dining experience to savor at a leisurely pace, in an environment where art, spring, and food take center stage.

Spring Menu

Appetizers
– Asparagus with wild garlic mayonnaise and roasted hazelnuts
– Yellow beet tartare with pickled onions, wasabi cream, and nuts

Main Courses
– Fried herring with browned butter, mashed potatoes, and lingonberries
– Lamb shanks with smooth celeriac purée and lentils
– Creamy vodka pasta

Dessert
– Pineapple pie
– White chocolate mousse with lemon curd

Price for a 3-course meal: 350 SEK per person
